    Administrative Request

    • Administrative Request includes any administrative request by customers to make changes to their existing services with APC Hosting.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, change of hosting server, reset of hosting account with the same or different domain name.

    Professional Support Service

    • 1 Ticket for Professional Support.

    • Each ticket is limited to 1 issue.

    • For Support Request outside of office hours, there is a surcharge of 100%.
